this has to rank as the greatest Rugby World cup final of all time. I remember watching this.I wish I could have been out there but they had an Olympic style ticket balllot one year before so you were lucky to go along to matches if you got Ticket . I'm not sure but I think the final had a pretty hefty price tag in that ballot. Even though my country was on the losing side I was very impressed.England waited a long time to win an event like this

Everything was perfect about the move starting with the throw, Catt taking a massive hit and holding on, Matt Dawson sniping run then perfect pass. Dawson was our best ever scrum half, very smart.
