The reality is, there is nothing unlucky about the goal we conceded. In the phases of play before the goal, we had given the ball away immediately after gaining it, before conceding a needless free kick in a dangerous position and then conceding another (in an even worse spot). The wall of the free kick breaks and the shot goes through, deflecting off of Asprilla as he is turning away from it and Hamer, in that moment, has to get something on it but doesn’t. It is an awful and embarrassing goal to concede at any level and to label it unlucky is farcical 🐝
We're 2nd to bottom on current form with harder games to come and look toothless in the final third. Val is going to get us relegated. Fail to win Wednesday and it'll be an emergency.
He's been saying the same thing for the last few weeks but nothing's changing. Play with the best RB in the club and Dennis down the middle simples. How fans without coaching qualifications can see these simple changes is crazy. Either get the simple tactics right or get out

Repeating the same thing and actually doing it isn’t happening is it. There’s a gulf in what he says we will do and what we actually do. We have been dire, and this has been his pattern in the past jobs he’s had. Not good enough. Need a change in the summer.
