For most opponents I’d say Johnny next to McKennie with Gio as the ten. Musah as sub. Obviously form and rotation during s tournament must play a part as well.
Hope he gets better but for the US I think it's super important to see Tyler Adams as a bonus vs. a requirement, Ala John O'Brien back in 2002. He's inured to often to really be relied on.
