I am sorry to say it, but the tactical analytics that you demonstrated were very weak and irrelevant in my opinion. Let us not forget that Griezman drops a lot and Aguero Depay will replace each other. Griezman will be replaced by Fati and Dembele (when he is back from his injury). The signings were right according to the financial situation that the club is facing and bringing players such as Depay and Aguero to play half-time every game is actually a very smart move when you do not have to pay for their transfer fees. Also, just look at other teams and compare their first 11 and the bench players and then look at Barcelona. We do not have good quality players on the bench and that is something very serious because players cannot play all the matches throughout the season and having players that play in the same position is important.

This video is a fairly pronounced example of the point that Tifo Football is not nearly as analytical as it pretends to be, or thinks it is. Okay, we all know that pseudo-analytical football-punditry on TV is just the worst. But just because Tifo's analysts use a somewhat less banalized vocabulary does not necessarily make them any more analytical than the cliche-ridden sludge we hear on Sky Sports.
There's a funny story about Johann Cruyff, who famously hated journalists. One night after an Ajax-game, Cruyff gives the customary interview for Dutch TV. The journo asks him the usual cliche-ridden, know-nothing journo-questions. For a laugh, Cruyff decides to answer the question by utterly blinding the journo with raw technical detail. 1980's football-terminology.
Overlaps, decoy-runs, counter-attacks, recycling second-phase ball, etc, etc….
Quite predictably, he loses the journo inside the first 10 seconds of his answer.
The journalist says "I don't understand."
Johann responds "If I had wanted you to understand, then I would have explained it better." 😀 😀 😀
It is very clear to me why there are no successful British coaches internationally! He neither understands the players, the coaches nor the team.
