  1. Any manager who wants to work at Barca has to accept their authority can (and will) be easily undermined by boardroom politics. Especially now, when the club's finances are so bad.

  2. We changed so many coaches over the years, at this point I don’t think it’s the coach anymore, it more like the players fault. They don’t player to their potential, we need to sell players who don’t play to their potential n getting old and promote more of our young players from LaMasia

  3. It's hard to imagine Barca improving the roster from what they got this year. No money available to even keep some of the best players they already have (doubts over whether Joao Felix, Joao Cancello could stay, Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Yong might be on their way out) and in their place, a damaged Ansu Fati will return.

    People are attaching this mythical faith or optimism into the Hansi Flick powers, understandable after the magic he produced at Bayern but remember all the enthusiasm that greeted Xavi's return (the second coming of Saint Pep) and before him Koeman (the Johan Cruyff era is back again). Just remember that you still need 11 players on the field at anytime.
