  1. Gomez is telling the truth, why is the other guy being so shocked. Is it cause Mexico didn't make it out the group stage? That may be true, but he was practically the only shining part in that team.

  2. You have to look at it from the European club’s perspective – instead of the player’s . If you are a big club like Chelsea , you’d rather spend money on a for sure starter or a promising young prospect (18 – 21 years old) that has a chance to be a impact player in the near future.

Alexis Vega is currently playing outside the top European leagues at 25 and fits neither a young prospect or a for sure starter.

You are more likely to see Chelsea try to pursue a player like Declan Rice (23 years old) than someone playing Liga MX at 25 years old.

  3. He played a good game against Poland which they tied and now he’s at Chelsea level. I with all due respect but this player is not even close to premier league level

  4. This guy is good. Would of been in Europe a while back. But liga mx teams want prefer to get so much money that they will not sell a talent for what they really cost. This is sad to see because there is so much talent in Mexico that goes to waste.

  5. For as much as I want to be excited for this rumor, Mexican players hardly ever succeed going straight from Liga MX to the traditional "big-3" european leagues (Spain, England & Italy). Usually they fare better going through the Netherlands, Portugal, France or Germany first. It's just too big of a leap in quality, especially now than the overall Liga MX is at its lowest in the 21st century.
Out of the 2, maybe Wolves would work better, and if they get relegated he should stay with them in the Championship.
