Trossard should be given a run of games at the striker position. Without giving run of games, we won't know whether it works for long term.His finishing is underrated. Jesus just runs around not focusing on being the false nine. He is also getting very injury prone. He can be Arsenal's Firmino.
All just recency bias. Arteta tweaked the playing style and allowed the attack to progress the ball more. This has nothing to do with Trossard. Jesus will work even better in this new system. Analyze the games before Palace and you'll see that the midfield is now playing more fluid and aggressive. How many games have you watched this season when Arsenal players spent 10+ minutes just passing the ball around and not playing the ball forward literally always passed back and never took an aggressive passing style that allows a striker to flourish. That's why Jesus would always drop deep as the midfield used to hog the ball. This is what has changed go and analyze this and you'll see exactly what i mean. Trossard is doing well but this has nothing to do with him. Jesus will get his position back within a matter of 2 games and it won't even be an argument once you see how Jesus will flourish in this new system

This is exactly what happened last season when T19 was signed and have consistent starting and we had a great run. and then for some reason Arteta decided to keep him on the bench and same as earlier this season, things started to fall apart. Jesus is phenomenal as well but T19 is smarter and a much better finisher, he deserved to be in the starting 11.
I'm not really surprised. Always knew he was special. The closest thing to what Santi Cazorla is. The number 19 shirt is for wizards!

Best Arsenal January signing of all time. If Jesus is fit have him sub on for trossard, Martinelli or Saka for the time being.
Hope these four can stay fit till the summer where we will need to upgrade on R. Nelson and Nketiah. If Nico Williams is available then go for him and use Nwaneri on the wings as cover too.
Trossard is getting to be one of the first names on the team sheet
Last season he was great playing at 9 for about a month when the team was doing great until the horrific loss vs Sporting loss when Tomiyasu & Saliba both had their season destroying injuries.
Our form has always been better with Jesus out than with him in. Zinchenko and Jesus should be rotation players. Jesus should be on the bench even when fit, maybe he will learn a thing or two. Partey and Timber need to comeback though.

Even tho, its havertz that has played as striker mostly.
I had doubts when we bought him because I was skeptical on how he will fair against teams with low block against Arsenal since he was not used of that in Brighton. But he turned out so good against low bocks and shooting from tight angles . I think he is the best option for Arsenal against low blocks and is better than Jesus.
