Who are the Top 3 Strikers for USMNT?
It’s pretty close between Balogun and Pepi. As for the 3rd, I guess Sargent by default? He’s been great for Norwich this season. But there’s a huge gap between him and Balogun and Pepi. Sargent always fails to deliver for the USMNT. At least Balogun and Pepi score goals when they’re with the national team.
Sargent hasn’t even done a gold cup yet… make him the starter in 2025
That selection illustrates why USMNT isn't a top team. About half of UEFA teams can line up similar or better strikers.

Lalas… the top 3 in order are Balogun, Pepi and Sargent.
Sargent, Baloguin, Pepi.
If they call Jesus Ferreira or Jack Morris back I'm done. These are players that have already had plenty of opportunities to claim their spot and have never performed against the better teams. Balogun, Peppi and Sargent in that order. I'd rather throw Aaronson as a forward than either of those two. You know what they can do and that should be that. Now if one of them has a monster season and is scoring like crazy then yes by all means give him one more shot but just because the played on the team before they shouldn't just automatically be part of the rotation.
