We don't need a Plan B. 49ers should get rid of Farke if we stand a chance in playoffs. All our defeats are the fault of Farke.
The players were flat and tired. He just cannot play same players weeks in weeks out.

Can't say I didn't tell you all! Same mistakes in the Preston, Ipswich, Coventry and Sunderland game. Playing that way sometimes we'll win, sometimes we won't. if we're going to get promoted we need better and there's easy fixes as I've been cracking on about. To such an extent I think I'm getting on peoples nerves. If I'm right then maybe you should consider it, instead of blindly backing Farke like happy clappers.

Against poorer teams out flair players dont do well. They need to man up. Farke is at the root of why we are poor, his subs are stupid and he seems to have no tactics, we seem to rely on out flair player doing their thing. Sorry but I now think Farke will not do well with us especially as he said we were unlucky.

The players should take most of the responsibility because they didn't perform. Automatic really is beyond us now. I expect Southampton to overtake Ipswich now. It's a real shame because the games we have dropped points in have been criminal. Bielsa didn't change his philosophy, and he won us the league.

Surely the ruthless business men involved in trying to make Leeds United a big top ten premier League club again must see farkes failings it's not just a one off it's every time we play a average team they turn us over he is out of his depth he has no tactical knowledge and squad rotation awareness it's time to change the manager while there is still time to get promoted four new signings and new manager in January and then push on to the premier League

I've lost faith in Farke. He will not adapt his team or his tactics and needs to go. Meslier is a professional footballer and should not react the way he did. Hand to face is a red card and them's the rules. Preston were sniping at us all game and the referee allowed it but that is Championship football. Get used to it ffs.

Remember, … the Refs and FA hates us, and Boxing day has never been our day for many years!! That's our history!!

Fans need to realise, we need better players, we beat Ipswich, who were awful on the day, and then some think we are a great team and will win every time we play. A lot to learn !!!

I don't think Meslier was looking directly at the defender when he pushed him back, so the fact that his hand landed on his face was not intentional in my opinion, but more to do with their height differential. So that might mitigate in his favour.
Agree 100% on the plan B. We all keep referring to the "in another season" analogy but if the results and form in the division were playing out more to the average points tally, it would be misleading as to how these one dimensional tactics would play out in the prem for us, even with better players in the same system. Running away with the championship has been proven to mean nothing in future prem terms other than being a season of complete joy and a trophy in the cabinet!
Stubbornness is not a strength it's a weakness. It's about being stuck. Farke is doing a good job and he managed August particularly well but it's not a fully rounded managerial performance for me whilst he sticks with the same routine that clearly isn't working well enough.
I'm just hoping that he has more tactical sophistication up his sleeve and his inability to be flexible is more to do with lack of personnel in key roles. With some additions in the January window we might see more ideas from him? Left back has been a problem for far too long but there are other issues as well like our reliance on Pascal and Joe Rodon and the obvious no 10 issue. Otherwise I fear that he isn't for the medium or long term.
