Highlights as Bristol City exited the Emirates FA Cup after a 5-3 defeat to Nottingham Forest on penalties.

Divock Origi opened the scoring for Forest early on before Jason Knight equalised shortly after.

The tie would go to extra-time and then penalties in a game which saw City have a host of chances to win the tie, but ultimately would not take.

Taiwo Awoniyi would score the winning penalty for Forest after Sam Bell saw his penalty saved by Matt Turner.

  1. Again, our finishing lets us down. Problem in the league and a problem in the cup. This team should be scoring more, but we lack that clinical edge in front of goal 😕. Great team performance tho and you can never be disappointed when you can see they left everything on the pitch. Let's up the consistency in the league and play like we have in the cup, and we could go far. Style of play is the best we've seen in a long while. Coyr!

  2. Max should definitely have saved that last pen. But tbh we should've won convincingly before the shootout. Poor finishing from Nakhi and Harry. Story of our season unfortunately. Can't fault the performance. Made Forest look poor. Would've been nice to welcome Man U to the Gate. Especially after what happened last time. COYR.
