  1. Championship is MILES ahead of MLS in almost every aspect of the game… if the USMNT can just select european based players for the WC, we might have chance to get outta the group

  2. Has as many Goals 3, in the same period of time, he should have had 4 but he has his confidence back and fits GGG’s pressing/st passing to a T. He’s also much more dangerous in the box. It Goes Jesus, Josh and Pefok on the ✈️ for me

  3. i played against josh during our high school years hes always been such a talented player i personally am a mexico fan but would love to see josh at the world cup he represents us all in the st louis area and always want him to do good for club and even for country even though im a mexico fan

  4. Lol. Championship is not on the same level as MLS. Watford is maybe the only team on the same level as MLS and they still have big names. I say that as a Burnley and Norwich fan.

  5. Why isn’t Brandon Vazquez getting a shout here? He has 15 goals in the MLS in subpar team. He hasn’t decided if he wants to play for the USA or Mexico yet. He is literally waiting on a call up from either side. Has any other candidate scored 15 goals in a season?

  6. Apparently being the starting number 9 for the concacaf champions League champions doesn't mean anything, but playing for some s*** kicker team in Europe gets you immediately considered to be our number nine. F**** ridiculous

  7. The opening graphic is based on…6 games, tops. Ferreira is comfortable playing in Dallas for a while now while Pepi just made the move to Augsburg and has to earn his spot in the team. This is a ridiculous topic. Augsburg has played 3 games so far….

  8. Why is Pepi still on everyone's list? He has zero production at club level recently, and he flopped when Berhalter gave him a shot. 2nd guy should be Pefok or Vasquez to complement Ferrera

  9. Why does this graph leave Sargent out? He had at least two at the time of this video 24-Aug, assuming that was the day of the discussion. Then he had one last weekend, so he is at three goals. So good for him. And kudos to Norwich for sticking with him.

But the reality is overall not a good crop of strikers. Maybe Pefok becasue of the competition. Championship football is fantastic. But when was the last time England added a championship player to their WC squad? Maybe they have. They have the luxury, we don't. Not yet at least.
