Jose Mourinho would be a stupid appointment if Chelsea were to do it. They correctly wouldn't though. Mourinho and Conte belong in the Serie A. Most fans don't want that style of football anyway.
I think they've missed the point with the blue cards. Dissent and disrespect towards referees is a huge problem at grassroots level and there is massive turnover in referees because often they have to deal with threats and violence. In the trials it has been shown that blue cards resulted in 38% less dissent. I think it is actually a decent idea for amateur level and juniors.
