  1. His dream since 13 was to play for Utd… God’s plan for him was to play for the Arsenal…
Goes to show, God’s plans for us are always better than our dreams…

  2. Aubameyang will always have a soft place in my heart. He may not be the most disciplined, but as a human being he is incredible and humble.

  3. This video has taught me something i wish i knew 15yrs ago! In School, In my area i was regarded one of the best i got school scholarships for football and it was all like normal i thought it would always be this way! I then got trials during high school it was insane cos nobody in my school had ever got that chance i was the first to get chances with 2 clubs who were top 5 in the country one of them being Rio Ferdinand Academy as well life was good but when i was taken for real trials to get a pro license i swear i don't know what happened i did everything i knew and this manager was too tough and being a shy boy i responded with fear of losing my chance which i did after 6 months a week later my mum receives a phone call from the team 2nd on the national league table omg i felt like God had blessed me again cos the man who wanted me was a former national team head coach that alone made me feel like i was ok and not what the previous manager was saying to me. First day at this huge vintage stadium he walks with me with his hand around me i felt confident but getting to the club i'm made to run the full pitch alone for 2 weeks watching other guys train the coach in that team was weird making some awkward jokes using me i really lost it and didn't know how to handle the pressure though i kept coming back, The day comes when i get my chance in a friendly game i come on when it's 2-2 and i assist the winning goal i swear the next thing i'm benched for a month unfortunately the man who had brought me to the club the late David Otti dies and i'm left literally alone emotionally next thing i'm released without reason they just said they didn't want me i swear even most first team players were surprised tbh and came to say sorry to me and comfort me. I went back home and cried like hell lol when my family topped me some money i moved to middle East and got a chance in Div 3 in Dubai i was then released i kept asking myself what was the problem cos the guys who were scouting me were credible guys legends in those countries but things didn't work out in like 2-3 times and i just thought maybe football wasn't for me i stopped chasing that dream that was reaalllllly reaaaalllly close! What hurts me i meet random people on a daily basis in town who ask me what happened i really had what it takes blah blah omg it hurts you see people disappointed lol Problem is my mindset was thinking i got seen by the best first so i should keep chasing the best i wish i took a bit lower options to gel in slowly, See how Martinelli has grown from reject to one of the best young players in the premier league. NEVER GIVE UP! Football is funny you may be rejected but when God is creating a path where you're supposed to be! I'm a Man Utd fan and this makes me feel bad we actually lost out on a diamond!

  4. I am very proud as an Arsenal fan of Gabriel Martinelli and his meteoric rise. He tried out at Manchester United and Barcelona where he was turned down and Arsenal saw his potential when he was a teenager in Brazil's 4th division, and now he's at the World Cup representing Brazil. I almost love him as an Arsenal trained player like Saka, Smith-Rowe.
