I like Michael. Boxers had figured how to win against George. Not beat him but win. Score and run. Land scoring punches then move out. Michael Moorer attempted to fight and beat George. Yes, it was a big fail, but he went toe to toe.
The power of George Foreman is unheard of. What a man
Teddy Atlas, who trained Moorer for this fight, explains why Foreman is greater than Tyson. VERY eye-opening. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-BGpFuB8eE
One of my life's favourite moments. George is king. CROWEMAN UK boxing fans
Even at his age now I'm not going to find out if he can't hit hard anymore. I guarantee you that he can STILL hit HARD.🥵🥵🤕🤕🤕
George was worth his weight in gold. He was made fun of, by the press, which slacked off some, after the Holyfield fight. This fight shut them up, for a couple of years. 99% of the time, in all of his matches, George is the one doing the chasing and moving forward. That is one reason, I believe young George appeared to lack stamina. Pursuit takes a lot of energy. Toe to toe with George was a very dangerous game, I don't care how old he was. Just ask Holyfield.
Looked a dive. Nothing much really landed and at this point George wasn't even keeping his hands up
The greatest moment in sports history.
That right cross had fell down on Moorer's chin so timely that was like coming from above😮
George learned this from that Ali fight.
“AND ONCE AGAIN!”… made me tear up. After watching the movie learn a lot about Big George I never knew. Mad respect for him. Made up his mind that he would be champ again and he did it.
After the win. He immediately thank God ❤️🙏
Let this be a lesson to these youngstas about testing their elders.
The guy my Mother was dating at the time who was a piece of shit was talking trash about Foreman the whole fight, when Moorer went down he shut up and left the room.
Foreman era sinistro!
The real KO punch actually occurs at like 27 seconds. Moore has said that he was out in his feet after that straight. The next straight just finished the job
Big diff throw a quick jab… and hammering one in. The jab did the damage and the follow on lights out.
No commentary. I wonder why.
Michael Moore clearly took a dive. This fight was rigged and scripted. WWE
I will always remember this fight as the Mrs said to me foreman had no chance !. I replied its never over till the fat lady sings. Next minute minute I could hear her singing in the kitchen and moorer was flat on his back.
🙄🙄🙄
When a boxer is lying on his back like that with his arms and legs spread out , he is seeing stars.
George Foreman was a thug as a kid and he grown into a badass good man, God bless him!
Micheal Moorer has done well for himself, very well spoken at the premier of the movie
I’m here from from watching the Netflix movie loved every bit of it 🥊
