The song is Quando, Quando, Quando by Engelbert Humperdinck. Engelbert is 87 years old, still going strong, and on tour. Saw him in concert in the spring of 2023 with my wife. He sang this song along with a scripted dance number with a young lady from the band. It was a great evening.
