It was a back-and-forth battle between the big men for much of the game between Syracuse and Duke. Syracuse’s Maliq Brown scored a game-high 26 points on 11-16 shooting, and he grabbed seven rebounds. For Duke, Mark Mitchell scored 18 points in the first half alone and ended the game with 21 points, as his teammates got hot in the second half. Mitchell also had six boards.
