Luke Shaw may be on his way out of Old Trafford after the comments Jose Mourinho made in the press conference after the game between Manchester United and West Brom in the Premier League. Mourinho declared that Shaw was currently the 4th choice left back at Manchester United behind Young, Darmian and Blind. Manchester United drew the game in the Premier League 0-0, a result that could cost the red devils a place in next season’s Champions League.

Dave this is the point: As Paul said in the last video "Jose Mourinho wants warriors, wants players to walk on fire, to walk to the end of the world and back" and that's it, and he is right, Paul, is right thats exactly what Jose wants, As Ibra one day said: "I would die for Mourinho" then, that's the kind of players the boss wants, if you are willing to give 100% and more to Manchester United then you are welcome thats the point.

Do u think that we(tottenham) could sign luke shaw, i heard rumors about it but it could make sense. He did flourish under pochettino at southampton. And the way he is pyhsically and mentally rn poch seems like the right person to get him back to best esp fitness wise. As amazing rose is for us shaw can improve and become no1 lb if he reaches potential.

I'd ask why you need that extra centre back in home games. Why would it not be beneficial to use carrick as a defensive midfielder to drop in between the centre backs in build up play and then as the play progresses through the thirds be in a usual DM position. Keeps a triangle at the back allowing full backs to push on. Keep martial and one other quick winger hugging the touchline and bring pogba and mata in as your 8's but have them higher in both halfspaces so acting as 2 number 10's receiving the ball on the halfturn as they're your more creative players and with the wingers wife would open up more space for these in the crucial areas of the pitch?
Probably put mata and mkhitarian in the right halfspace and right wing respectively because they're intelligent and no when to rotate positions. Mkhitaryian is quick so should be good in 1v1 duels and also intelligent with the ball to use triangle with mata and the fullback Valencia

3-4-3 United Video, maybe talk about how United can evolve with this formation with older players like Carrick, Valencia, Zlatan being replaced by youth prospects from the academy i.e. Fosu-Mensah, Pereira, Rashford or new players from other teams i.e. Fabinho, Griezmann, Mbappe etc.

I think the 3-4-3 would've been effective against West brom. Problem is the personnel of players were (arguably) not available on the day.. But yeah Dave do the 3-4-3 vid bruh!!

sorry but i think the first part of the video is pure nonsense. about how mourinho uses one full back to defend and one to attack. he does that because he doesn't have a decent left back. if both full backs push on a man from midfield drops and makes the 3 at the back.

any stats on success rate/win percentage of the 343 formation compared to the other formation usually used e.g 442 433 4321 etc? an europe collective data would be better as different leagues have different playing style and tempo. anyway, loving the work youre doing. keep it up!
I think we mainly depend on crosses, to score goals. That is not a tactic of "big teams". A lot of ineffective cross. I want to see the counter-attacking style similar to Real Madrid team under Mourinho. Man Utd have players which are capable to do that.

I think we can solve the problem (not scoring against West Brom) by just pushing the other full back and CMs further forward. With three at the back don't you think there will be too many times when the CBs are playing 3 v 1 on the half way line making it hard to create 2 v 1 and 3 v 2 situations further forward? And yes 3-4-3 video would be nice.

I agree that Jose plays with one fullback constantly overlapping and the other more defensive but Valencia won't be around for ever maybe around 3 seasons max then we will start to see Luke Shaw on the left overlapping with a new right back bought in to stay in position while Luke Shaw essentially does what Valencia did but on left side

Why can't we just play and attacking 433 with Herrera Pogba and Mhkitariyan. You can argue there's not enough balance but screw balance against minor teams at home. Pogba and Mhkitariyan can drift inside to find pockets of space. I personally think we should just leave 2 at the back with Herrera in front on them when attacking. Forget 343 as we don't have the specialist centre backs. Smalling Jones not good enough
We just want to see a 4-4-2 with the full backs pushing forward too. Imagine Evra not being allowed to attack? it would have been madness.
