My first reaction to the blue card idea was: " what? You wanna make the Ref's job even harder for them?".
Stop over complicating football. Its bad enough with VAR destroying the immediacy, the joy and creating so much ambiguity to the sport. And that's not even mentioning the broken hand ball and offside rules.

Refs are making terrible, incorrect and totally incompetent already. Adding a blue card is going to make the refs even more incompetent than they are. Absolute carnage
VAR ,Yellow and RED CARDs then BLUE how much time will football be played , stop and start football and how many players will be on the pitch at one time, I pay my money to watch 90 min of flowing football

That's quite the harsh take on Gallas' time at Arsenal imo. He was certainly not a roaring success but I would strongly suggest that there have been plenty of players on the Arsenal books that have contributed a lot less than Gallas. Do you really believe the likes of Kim Källström or Denis Suárez performed better for Arsenal? 🤔

We don’t need blue cards for the reason you mentioned but if we need time off the pitch just use 5-10min for a yellow

To the person who asked why a blue card. Blue, Red and Yellow are all primary colors. Its probably the reasoning behind it. I do not support the idea. Just offering some potential logic behind it
All the refs need to do is to be consistent, be it consistently bad or good,not one rule for one club and another for a different club,hell no for the blue cards!!! Could you imagine it!!😮😂
Getting fed up & disillusioned with the Game I have grown up with & loved all my life , Blue Cards WTF , Next it will be you can pick up the Ball & run with it or how about a couple of Tea breaks during a Game , or a hot oil treatment for the Ref , they have time as they now do Bugger all , add a couple of pauses to clean the lenses on the VAR Camera lenses , The Game Of Football is now a farce & it’s only going to get worse , Blue Cards you can stick them up the FA,s Arse !
