Nope. There are only 11 players on a football pitch. 10 minutes is enough to completely change the game. Please just let the players play. We are not there to watch refereeing. We are there to watch football.

Blue card should be a forced substitution. That would punish the player and the manager would have to use one of his substitutes, but it would not ruin the game.
Or just make a yellow card a mandatory substitution. The last thing players want is to be substituted and most yellows are for deliberate action so it would clean up the game, and you wouldn't ruin the game by losing a player.
Sin bins will just kill the game for 10 minutes, terrible idea

They just want to insert another rule with which they can influence the result even more, with unclear rules that make decisions subjective from judge to judge, in essence to legally fix the match.
