I can see Kounde or Rafina as candidates, but realistically, as much as we get mad at Kounde, he at least has been available, I think he has the most minutes played by a defender, so the team would miss him.
Everytime I see the headlines mentioning that Frenkie De Jong (21) might be on sale it breaks my heart. Not to mention Ronald Aurajo 😭😭😭 it will be the end of Barca!
I beleive this was all part of the plan. To us fans yes we love xavi,but in my opinion xavi did his part in rebuilding and reshaping that out of shape squad he inherited,now its flicks time to elevte the team to a higher level and standard until marquez has enough solid experience. This is what i think deco meant by saying about marquez is fine there and will develop.

Barca shouldn't think at all about selling De jong, he is in top 3-5 best midfielders in the world, he is the one that consistently dictates play and pulls the strings in Barca's midfield. Talking about sales, i think we should sell Lewandowski, Raphina and one of Kounde or Christensen. Lewandowski won't bring in big money but his salary taken off our wage bill will generate some space for ffp, Raphina and one of Kounde or Christensen will get us much needed cash as they will generate lots of interest in the market. For the manager role, i still maintain that Barca goes for someone who has years of experience, someone whose style and method can blend with our phiosophy at Barca and can maximize what is avaiable to him and the managers who ticks those boxes for me are Julian Nagelsmann and Unai Emery. Klopp won't join Barca in the summer, he has made up his mind and also his style totally differs from what we do here at Barca, Klopp will want to bring in players who play the kind of football he wants and Barca don't have the finances for that. i'm not too convinced about Flick either because his style and ways is similar to that of Klopp but he is a strong candidate because maybe he might just not totally deviate from our philosophies at Barca.

I know everyone is dreaming about Klopp, but I think Flick is a much better fit. Consider the timing. We don't want a burnt out Klopp. If he is destined to be the Barça coach, then he has to wait until Flick gets a go at it. Klopp needs a break, anyway. The man has said it himself. Plus, I like the intensity and hard work that Flick instills into his team's.
Touching FDJ will be disastrous for us , the man is the best and true baller in our squad ,talk about his salary they find a solution but selling him will be terrible ,kounde's versility really makes him important for any big club out there

For me Flick is the obvious choice right now. He is aggressive and able to handle media pressure well.
FDJ and Araujo are clearly untouchable. Raphinha maybe a 50/50, while Roberto or Alonso is clearly on the move out of Barca.

I don't know why fans are not loud on Julien Nagelsmann, that man will fit in well at barca and he is very tactically astute as well. His football is clean and his winning streaks are good
I still hate talking about a coach. We never really gave Xavi a good run. He’s had two and half seasons and in one of those season he won us a domestic double. When he came he brought us from mid table to top four to qualify us for champions league futbol. This season hasn’t been great but the players just look abysmal/unsure but how is that xavis fault? Lewandowski should have never came to Barcelona, he is awful and not a leader. I blame all you idiots “fans” that pretend you know better when all you do is complain with no support for your team. It is truly a shame how the media influences the game, I hate it but I love futbol too much to let it go so I will endure it.
Raphinha is not a bad player, if good coach comes in he will shine

For me klopp is the real candidate to take the job

This summer we sell Raphinha, sell Romeu, sell Lenglet, sell one of Kounde or christensen and other loaned players like Dest
they will disappoint as always will hire some coach that coached a Spanish team in laliga no flick no klopp in my mind flick mentality and klopp mindset is important for this team because the matter is psychological
Hansi flick is the better option available right now, he's got massive talent at barca to turn into beasts tbh, the job will appeal to him
When Flicks Bayern thrashed us I prayed for a coach like him in Barca, The tactics, mentality, taking risks, defence,attack and specially the press was top notch . I'm so excited for Flick joining Barca definitely he can take us to another level. Thanks to Xavi for setting up the tone and making use of la masia gems by understanding our finance.
