Im not confident when hes in goal. Makes me nervous
i was there at the stadium on thursday and sat fairly close to him. ill be honest, great guy and you could see he was quite attentive when the ball came towards us. However, his ball distribution with his feet was really poor (even for a second choice goalie) he put tierney and tomiyasu under a lot of pressure so he deffo needs to improve a lot with his feet, and i mean a lot!!
Hope he does well man, people need to remember we make stars. They obviously see a trait in him that is somewhat special
It’s amazing for Matt to be around the squad gain experience and maybe go back to the u.s in a year or two.
