It's simple. If our defenders are good individually like you are saying, then you are missing nothing but coaching. It's like having different puzzles, all you need is to put them together correctly. If the defence coaching is bad, but the players are good individually, then buying defenders won't solve anything. Look at Christensen, look at Zouma, Rudiger, they were great under Conte and others coaches but now under Lampard they are struggling
