Quite agree with your well reasoned and supported assessment. As a Spurs fan of almost 60 hrs, I’d be delighted if it happened but I suspect the enmity between the Spurs and Chelsea will prevent it from going through in the end.
I’m sad to see that the Todibo deal is looking unlikely from the Nice end, because I think all the razzmatazz surrounding Dragusin is pure agent hype! All I want right now is a couple of pacy CBs but the purse strings are looking fairly tight as usual!
What is not helping in regard to injuries is our bench at the moment is very thin whic makes it difficult to rotate or rest players. Snowballing efect.

Gallagher would be perfect signing for these resons. Twenty three and already very experience. Great engine. Always looking to go forward in both his runs and passing. Rentless presser. Can score. Will have a new lease of life in Ange's attacking format. Doesn't seem to be injury prone. Good attitude. He's perfect fit. The sort of player that Ange will improve completly out of sight. We don’t understand just how good our debt in midfield is once everyone is back from injury. I will leave you to list them. We now have to look at strengthening our defence. Totally agree. Will be huge upgrade for Hojbjerg and Skipp. I would add that Ange was saying in his last interview that Angeball is very demanding on the squad. Gallagher is a beast in terms of fitness and engine. Very well suited.

We need to sign players that are better than what we have. He will never be a regular at Spurs. Would basically replace Holberg as the resident bench warmer, seeing very limited minutes.
