WARM UP ROUTINE BEFORE WORKOUT | Quick and Effective | Rowan Row
Hey guys, I have put together this quick and effective warm up routine exercises that you can perform every time before you start working out. Those dynamic stretches are specially chosen to warm up your body from head to toe and to avoid any sort of injuries before you get yourself into your training session. Really focus on the dynamic movement and let your body flow.

1. Neck circles
2. Shoulder rotation
3. Arm circles
4. Arm circles opposite directions
5. Elbow circles
6. Wrist rotations
7. Hip rotation
8. Body circles
9. Inner tie and oblique
10. Lower back and hammer strings
11. Lounge tap
12. Side static luge
13. Front static lunge
14. Squat cross arms
15. Standing crunch
16. Butterflyes
17. Jumping jacks

How can it be this warm?
It's been a while since this bridge got warm
If it was a little cold, my feet would get frostbite
No matter how much my feet ache in the winter,
My toes were black
How cold my feet were when I went out on the road
It was so cold even if I wore two colors
In the winter, I used a hot pack near my toes
I bought several colors of shoes It doesn't look good.
My toes hurt, my needles hurt a lot
I took out the blood
But those toes don't feel the cold
It's amazing.
I believed in stick-type chips, but I was nervous
One, two, three I stretched it out as much as I could I did 32
My feet are getting warm after two hours.
It's about 2 o'clock now
I can feel your feet. It's warm
My toes are warm
I had a hard time last night because my feet were cold
When I was driving, my calves were in the air
I couldn't feel it
My calf and toe feel refreshed and warm.

This is a good warm up! the others on youtube involve actual work out I wanna do after a warm up xaxaxa so thanks a tone!
I like how jumping jacks are part of my workout but here they are just part of the warm up
