I feel we were victim of our own strategy; to play this possession strong way of play, to keep passing and breaking their shape down, etc etc, it requires a deep understanding of the game (where the ball will go, where the players will pile up, where the spaces appear, how to juggle this and not create counter attacks) but had a lapse of all-boring-in-concentration, we exited the Godpresence that all our PL games will demand, and this will remind us to stay fully ON! on our relentless defense of OUR TITLE

I’m drawn on another note to defend Kyle Walker. I have witnessed much criticism about him, over the years – in fits and starts.
For my money, he’s been out most consistent defender.
Gvardiol is just in the door. People had the same doubts about Ake. He has come good and so will Gvardiol. Give him time.
i love Doku, but that wasn't good, i would give him a 6, a dribble is nice, but if the result is loosing the ball it's terrible. he lost the ball far too often, on the good side, he kept burnley busy, and got a few corners, i was surprised that he stayed on, so i guess i must be wrong 🙂 in Pep i trust
