Bournemouth have agreed a loan deal with Getafe for 26 year old striker Enes Unal, subject to a medical. 26 years old. The deal is an initial loan with an obligation for €16.5 million purchase. He is passed his medical today in Madrid.
Formerly of Man City, he will be someone well known to Iraola, having scored against his Rayo Vallecano side last season. He is also an ex-teammate of Jefferson Lerma and currently plays at Getafe with Diego Rico.
Meanwhile, Kieffer Moore is heading out the exit doors at Dean Court, joining Ipswich Town to help their promotion push. Sam and Tom discuss both moves and suggest that Moore’s talismanic might just be another little push to see that Leeds are NOT promoted, with half an eye on securing Luis Sinisterra.

Good luck to both players. Funnily enough I did mention Unal to the guy who sits next to me at home games as a player who could benefit AFCB last season. A goalscorer in La Liga for a team in a similar position in the league as AFCB and someone who can score from a free-kick, something that I think has been lacking since Junior Stanislas had his injury problems.

Just watched a great documentary called Ronaldo: EL Presidente. Its set over a couple of years after the legend takes over Real Valladolid in La Liga. Funnily enough, they sign Enes Unal on loan for a few years, so some good insight to the player on and off the pitch. Seems a good lad, who wants to go places. Worth a watch.
