When he played in the Eredivisie, he really wasn't bad. It's a pretty strong league and for him doing his little skills confidently made him at least made him look better than he maybe was. But even though I hated him with a passion, it obviously wasn't without reason. He was pretty strong. Even though his numbers don't reflect it, he was at the start of most attacks during those two years. Now when he left the league I was quite happy but devastated Ajax got so much money and could invest it in the future (which they didn't. Thanks Mislintat <3)

As a united fan The problem I have with Antony is that ok lets say you remove the price tag. According to Ajax they offered him originally around 30-35mil for Antony BUT even at that i still feel cheated. Ive seen players valued less at the club like Dan James contribute more and have more goals and assist than Antony. Hes simply not for us. Have to move him on

As a Man Utd fan I can honestly say Antony is bad beyond description. If 'useless' was a person – Antony would be the inspiration for that person and even then, that person would never be anyway close to being as useless as Antony.
