Steven Berghuis (Netherlands. Steven Berghuis; December 19, 1991, Apeldoorn, Netherlands) – Dutch footballer, midfielder of the Feyenoord club and the Netherlands national team.

On August 1, 2016, Steven signed with Feyenoord, moving to the club on loan until the end of the season. The player made his debut in the opening match of the season against Groningen, where he appeared on the field in the second half, and his team won with a score of 5: 0. On August 27, 2016, he scored the first goal for the club, in a meeting against Excelsior. The game ended in victory – 4: 1. At the end of 2016, he scored a goal against Ossa, AZ and Vitesa. Following Steven’s successful performances, rumors began to circulate that he would return to Watford before the end of his lease. These rumors were denied by the head coach of the team, saying that the player is not currently included in his plans. On January 29, 2017, the midfielder scored his fifth goal in the championship – this time against NEK. On April 5, 2017, he scored three goals for the Go Ahead Eagles, and four days later hit Zwolle twice. Steven’s immense contribution to Feyenoord’s play helped them become Dutch champions for the first time since 1999. At the end of the 2016-17 season, Berguis said he would like to stay at Feyenoord for at least one more season instead of returning to Watford.

On July 31, 2017, he announced the conclusion of a full-fledged contract with the player for a period of four years.
