I know it's not the player's fault, but given how hard the Prem is hitting minor infractions of minor teams while allowing Mancity to stroll along without so much as a date for a hearing on their 116 violations over a decade, I don't think anyone should be touting this team that wouldn't have existed at all in this form without a decade of cheating.

Rodri is more important to CITY than KDB by 100%. We have seen this many times, 3 games without Rodri is suicidal for CITY. Though KDB may be the best CITY player so far under PEP's reign, however, Rodri remains irreplaceable for now.
