Why is everyone jumping on the Toney hype like he has risen from the ashes???
He broke the rules over and over again and to me it brings the integrity of the game into question when players do that.
He is not a victim who is now getting justice by returning he in fact should have been banned for longer as half of his ban was during the offseason. If there is any justice he will get a injury and miss another few months to balance the time he was not really banned as football was not being played. Cheating and intentionally breaking the rules should be punished.
