Palace were awful today
At the moment the first choice front three should be Trossard Jesus Saka. They have a better chance of building up more effective relationships and create more combination plays to unlock defence. Martinelli only effective when there is space in behind he lack the dynamics and adaptability in his game to really break down certain defence. Arteta became to addicted to Martinelli pace what he needs to do is focus on how to utilise Trossard in the pockets and closer to goal and he will become clinical like his Brighton days. Good win but still need to improve from open play.

I’m worried about our creativity and style of play, last season probably the most entertaining team in the prem, over Man City. Our midfield is considerably worse, and our wingers are not tricky or skilful enough, in the summer I’d go for leao, hopefully that wakes saka up

Dear CPFC, as a fan all my life any f**king chance you can show some passion, pride, ambition and bottle and start try to win domestic trophies and playing European football, managing and running the club properly from behind the scenes instead of putting the club out to ruin, many thanks from a p***ed off, fed up and angry 😡 fan of over 50 years,
P.S. Any bookies out there give me odds on CPFC being in league 1 within the next 3-4 seasons as that's the attitude of the club the way they're playing, could be worth a bet
