Kyle Walker should'nt have been given a new contract. He's not that skilled at the levels that City require, such as he can't cross a ball , doesnt win headers (look at the stats), has lost his pace, a day dreamer at times on the field and has too many off field issues too.
A lot of off the field issues are affecting him i think 🤔 maybe time to take him out the firing line same with Trippier at Newcastle something not right with him
I also feel sometimes Walker let's people past etc so he can test himself pace wise or something and I sometimes feels he doesn't put a tackle in when he should which leads to an occasional assist or goal. He has been a great team player for City over the years though and has helped us achieve what we have. I personally wouldn't have him as captain though based on his occasional off field antics, I don't think it's a good example.

agree, i was glad when pep benched him for CL final. also, MCFC captains going back to Kompany have led by example and being a role model. Walker's behavior off the field and sometimes on the field have been questionable. No clue why they would vote him ahead of KDB as the club captain.
Looks like Mo salah has picked up an hamstring injury?
