Ivan Toney casts doubt on Brentford future while Barcelona want Kalvin Phillips

IVAN TONEY has refused to rule out a transfer away from Brentford this month after admitting he wants to play for a “top club”.

The striker, 27, is allowed to play for Thomas Frank’s side again after serving an eight-month ban for breaching betting rules.

Toney is set to be back in action for the Bees in their Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

However, Toney has refused to rule out a move as he bids to make Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions squad for the summer’s European Championships in Germany.

Meanwhile have reportedly got a long list of potential suitors for outcast Kalvin Phillips.

The England international is looking for a way out of the Etihad stadium after a lack of game time since his move from Leeds United.

Premier League sides Crystal Palace, West Ham and Newcastle are all said to be exploring a deal with the defensive midfielder.

While European giants Barcelona, Juventus and Atletico Madrid are also reportedly interested in rivalling the English trio.
