Can't wait to see him work with this offense in training camp and things that get installed. I believe he keeps concepts simpler and allows for adjustments on the fly. And allows players to play free and have fun. Dorsey I think was to technical in his approach and a harder concept to get perfect without mistakes. Seems he always over thought things and didn't keep it simpler.

Take the Interim off of his job title, I believe he has earned the Offensive Coordinator job he can successfully at both the college and pro levels, make the permanent OC and keep him as the QB as well before some team scoops to be their OC (he'll be a Head Coach by 40 at the latest – NCAA or NFL
I like Allen, gunslinger, he will throw amazing Balls, most the time, Cheer and Curse, reminds ya of Brett Favre, Go Bills

The thing I love about Brady the most as a play caller even if the run isn’t gashing or chunking people he stays with it. That was the biggest key in the game in my opinion. It kept Miami off the field even tho we weren’t gashing them with the run.
They are a great çombination.

I was way too hard on Joe Brady. I just want Josh to protect himself when he runs. Get the first down, get as much as he can and slide or get out of bounds and not take unnecessary hits. Tom Brady, Jim Kelly, Joe Montana, Patrick Mahomes, all of them say that too. And Josh is with them all as a Hall of Fame QB too. I like Joe Brady's flexibility and ability to adapt. He will be an excellent Head Coach when he gets his chance💯But first, we have four games left, one at a time, keep it going💯
