Spurs are yet to discount moving for Gallagher having tried late last window. But back then it’s understood they didn’t want to pay above Β£35m.
Chelsea’s policy is to contemplate offers for any player with less than two years left on their contract, presuming extension talks are not progressing. At the moment, Gallagher is not close to a new deal.
Gallagher wants to stay at Chelsea, and Mauricio Pochettino doesn’t want to lose him, so nothing is guaranteed in January, but a sale can’t be ruled out either just yet.
Spurs are yet to open any formal talks this window. But with Timo Werner and Radu DrΔguΘin done, they are now expected to focus on a central midfielder.π
