  1. So want are we saying here? That being a doctor of exercise science doesn’t necessarily mean that the info. you provide isn’t a crock of $**t? 😉😁

  2. This guy has university degrees but still decided to take PED’s… if your doctor was on steroids would you take his advice seriously? Lol… has none of his own original content, defamation on other people’s content, making money off other peoples content, all without giving them any credit, going as far as to attempt to remove any credibility from the person. If talking shit was turned into a company , this guy would be C.E.O

  3. Semen…errrr uhhh…Seedman, might be "that guy" that always overcomplicates things. I had a manager at work that did that. We needed a large conference table moved to another room. My dude spent 2 hours laboring over how to do it and planning it out and still wasn't ready. I got 5 other guys, we lifted it, turned it sideways and moved it down the hall. We were done in 10 minutes with NO PLAN at all. Manager didn't even know until the very end of the day. We just let the dumb mfer keep busy "planning" this table moved. Kept him out of our hair all day!!!😂😂😂

  4. At 7:41 you say he's lying but, technically, he isn't. Since an "eccentric isometric" is impossible, there's not a single person who tried it and doesn't swear by it.

  5. To me all these clips with "Seedman" look like a "Will Ferrel skit" ridiculing "personal coaches"… What a clown
Also a "Dr." who spells buy "by".. checks out..

  6. Surprised Mike would take that hard of a position against the hexbar deadlift. The literature, particularly low handle hexbar deadlift, is actually promising, showing superior force, power, and velocity output compared to a regular deadlift, as well as lower injury risk. It's a sweet lift imo, don't hate.
