I would assume there was more to it than just Spence questioning why he wasn’t playing once. We don’t even know what’s been said. DF sees him every day in training

I totally agree I played rugby at a good level I would never question the boss if he said your not playing your not playing. If players take over then you lose the dressing room
Cant really say he's not good enough when he hasn't been given a reasonable time period to prove it in the right position. It's reasonable to ask the boss why in a respectful constructive manner with no attitude thrown. It may be that he did throw some attitude and or Farke doesnt like being questioned so they both might be guilty. Every player would want to know why in order to at least gain an understanding on any weakness in their game so they can come back stronger. Thats reasonable . Could just be a personality clash too, all speculation.
Both Boro and spurs fans, who are my friends ( unfortunately), they’ve even said he’s got a bad attitude…not everyone can be wrong about him…
You’re assuming that Spence was professional and respectful in his approach / questioning of Farke. I don’t think that Farke would have sent him back if that was the case.
Spence has had attitude accusations levelled at him at Rennes and Boro. While I'd fully support any player going to the manager's office to ask for more game time (I'd be more worried if they weren't interested in game time), I suspect that Spence overstepped his bounds. Absolutely push for game time, but take it on the chin if the answer is no

Well I quite rated Spence myself yes he had injuries and was out for a good while but I thought from what I seen of him he was quite composed although not obviously fully fit and granted not sure was said behind the scenes. Leeds need a reality check. I agree with Conor on his assessment .
Spencer probably go to Ipswich on loan and help them get promoted, Gnonto probably go to Everton…play regularly and get sold in 18 months to Chelsea/Liverpool for 60 million.

Hi evening Connor. My take on Spence is, he wasn't happy playing left back. I no wot your saying Archie isn't a right back, but I believe he's a player Leeds can't afford to not play regular, ok he's signed a contract thou is wages are low. If he doesn't play much from until end of season, Could he maybe think we'll if I'm not playing now while I'm in championship, Wot chance have I AGray got if we get promoted. Spence was a loan, let him go back to Spurs. I'm sure they Leeds Utd have got a left back lined up.

Conor, lots of people aren't making it up about Spence possibly having an attitude problem and struggles with motivation. It's documented by other clubs and their personnel have had issues with Spence and his attitude. 5 clubs over 5 years. Why can't you except that there may be some truth in this instead of completely dismissing it. 🤷🏼♂️
Don't think it's right that you constantly keep referring to Archie as a ‘child’ since the Spence incident. Yes he is young, but let's keep a level of respect for our best young player in a long time, who's done a great job , whilst playing out of position, since joining the first team ranks.

My source in club says he had a falling out with the assistant manager. Bad attitude. Regardless of talent doesn’t belong in the club. He tried to get out of doing the charitable stuff over Christmas and he barely stopped for photos and talk to fans. Unlike Rutter who knows what it means to play for Leeds.
He has a reputation with having a bad attitude He has got the same at Spurs, I believe before that also.

Too many Leeds fans get on the back of players and the manager. In my opinion we are a far better side under DF and the squad are stronger despite losing all the players from last season.
We should judge DF at the end of the season, not now remembering what he did at Norwich at the business end of the season.
Addressing Archie Gray, the best prospect we have had in probably 50 years could play in any position and requires good management which he is getting under DF.

Sorry Conor, but you're massively overreacting here. Spence has had people talking about his bad attitude at Boro, Rennes, Spurs and now Leeds. Who is the common denominator? Spurs immediately have transfer listed him after getting sent back, what does that say? The 49ers said that they wanted to build a new culture at the club (probably why there were rumours that they were talking to Bielsa behind the scenes when he was in talks with Uruguay), which is why they brought in Daniel Farke. If Spence doesn't fit then it's tough. There are multiple right backs at his level or better who we can get this window! Why whip up this unnecessary drama about it?
