You introduced me to him on your channel and did so in an informative and entertaining way. You were also correct. He is a real asset.
Initially he was 3 yards off the pace, picking up cards or just getting passed around. Not so unusual for those not used to the pace of this a league.
But every month he has improved. Pace, timing, ability to make space/time to pick out his passes.
I cannot wait to see him next season, a seasons experience behind him and a pre-season training camp… I think he will be a player we look back on and say we only wished we got him sooner and had him longer! ❤🏆

I remember this video which got me excited for Endo.
Have been very impressed with him especially the way he snaps into tackles and the way he plays on the half turn which is very Thiago/Adam Lallana like.
My biggest worry was if his Japanese characteristics would fit into a ego driven environment of the premier League.
Klopp made certain comment about this after Liverpools 2-2 draw with Brighton that his was too nice
Which klopp clarified the following week saying all types personalities can fit into the Liverpool squad.
Interesting Pep Linders said that szoboszlai came into Liverpool with a strong ego which helped him make a instant impact into the team.
Endo has now settled into the Liverpool squad and now is reaping the rewards.
Will be interesting what happens when he returns back from the Asian cup and how Liverpool cope in January without him
Liverpool fans probably overlook that Klopp follows Stuttgart in the Bundesliga. He might have had his eye on Endo for a very long time.

The thing that is so often forgotten is that he didn't have a pre season. It took a couple of months to get used to both liverpool and the Premier league… but now… wow.
