    Training like an athlete forever is unrealistic. You would know that if you had an athletic bone in your body. Theres a reason why every athlete that stays in shape after their career is over just like to lift weights and get jacked.

    If that rational is correct, most of athletes do not need to do any weight training.
    They just need to practice their sport movement.
    The purpose of weight training is about building muscle to enhance athletic performances or to prevent injury.
