Most of the rising boys would struggle playing conference or even league 2 football due to the ball being in the air majority of the time and the physical demands. Good players no doubt about that.

The teams your beating are really good sides so during pre season you should try to play some really high semiprofessional sides bostik leagues etc. Definitely top 3 in terms of ability.

Ealing Town finished second from bottom in their league. You're fielding players who are, at minimum, semi-professional standard. You need to play teams at Step 6 and above for competition.
