Since Luton is a newly promoted team, their players will need time to get used to the intensity and pressure of the PL. Many Leicester players had also suffered physical problems when they were newly promoted a few years back.
The english audience is pure class. They sit right next to the pitch and when something like this happens, they don't hesitate to support anyone. Doesn't matter if it is player of their team or the opponent. Hopefully, we will have something like this in our country one day ❤

I can’t see Tommy Lockyer playing again. This is far worse than the heart issue he had last May at Wembley. This was a cardiac arrest. That’s worse than a heart attack. Our captain and leader deserves better. So sad.
