Porto found a way past Roma courtesy of an extra time penalty, reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League after a 4-3 aggregate victory.
Porto took the lead through TIquinho, but a Daniele De Rossi penalty levelled the scores.
Moussa Marega’s goal took the match into extra time, and a spot kick from Alex Telles, awarded in the 117th minute after a VAR intervention, proved the difference.
