  1. Dier is versatile and can play few postings and not costing anything so cheap cover if get injuries – as spurs fan I always felt he was better when played right back or cm than defence

  2. Eric Dier would suite the farmers league in Germany and would not only probably look like a world class player because league is levels below the premier league, but will give Dier a chance to compete at level more suited to his level.

  3. Human's are a mental species. 4 people sitting around a table slagging off a dude on Youtube. The guy's trying to make a living, if you can't do what he does you have no right to talk.

  4. Most people where laughing when Bayern signed Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting as a backup and they are no longer laughing, he has done a good job
I think it could be the same with Dier, let’s see what happens

  5. Dier isn't good enough for Bayern. Dier isn't even good enough for Hamburger SV. This feels the same as the Blindt signing.
    POINTLESS
He will never see the field and if he does Tuchel deserves to get sacked

  6. I guess they want him to play #6. Why does Bayern struggle to defend counter attacks? Kimmich pushes too far forward and is too slow to recover and defend. How exactly is Dier any different. The same flaw as Kimmich, but without the offensive capabilities

  7. These prats. They don’t get it. He is not going there to start. He is not going there to play center back. He is going there as a back up who can play various positions. Plus KIM is in Asian Cup and he may go all the way to the final. So Dier can fill in if need be for a month.

  8. Dier is the Harry Maguire of Spurs; a decent CB but he absolutely doesn't fit the manager's preferred playstyle. Good on Levy for letting him go. I wish United's management would do the same with Maguire…
