  1. the golden generation of Belgium started in 2014 played 3 World cups 2 euros 2 nations league and didn’t get to a single final of them

  2. To be fair , Belgium golden generation lost to the champions of the competition twice , they lost to France 🇫🇷 , don’t think they were much better than France. They played against a really strong Italy side as well

  3. Martinez ruins defences and doesn't even train set pieces. Osman has said it. No surprise they conceded twice from them against Morocco (even though 1 was disallowed).

  4. Henry's analysis on remembering when we almost won that really made me realize how big of a thing this would've been for Belgium, talking about "remember when we won the WC or Euros". Now, they're almost all in their 30s and this team didn't win anything. I mean, Lukaku, De Bruyne, Hazard and the list goes on and on would've been talking about a cup win to their grandchildren and thinking about it all the time in their old days.

    Time flies.

  5. Belgium was on the top of the FIFA ranking without winning anything. France was on the final of the Euro and then won the World Cup and you tell me Belgium had a better ranking
Clearly this ranking needs to be changed.

  6. It was a golden generation for sure, untill they lost vs France. Something broke there. They were not ready for this and had no answer. And in the afteryears we noticed a change in the mindset. No coach in the world can fix that. They were rdy to win,but the loss destroyed them
