City is not like barca or bayern for pep and let me tell you why. At barca he won everything and basically got bored but reason he left is because he survived 2 presidential campaigns and they were both using him as a political figure to divert all of the criticism by them away from the club. This was said in book written by Martini pareni (not sure how you spell his name). Also he said that pep eventually got tired of dealing with all the questions being asked about the club and all he wanted to do was talk about football and coach. Keep in mind he never gets this in city. So eventually he left, took a break from football after barca and then went to bayern where he did ok and he was accepted that much over there but he done fine. Everyone is going to say oh but half way into his bayern contract he accepted city's contract to join but keep in mind he still stayed until the end of his contract in bayern. A respectful man. Which is why i think regardless of the future he will stay until the end of his contract at least until 2021 because he recently signed an extension with city and why would he leave a team that just managed to break sooo many records last year getting 100 points in a season? This is just dumb. Pep isn't going anywhere yet. He may in the future but nothing yet, he will honour his contract as always. Also tixki is the person who gave pep the chnace to manage the barca b team and for that if you know pep is very grateful. They have a very close relationship and tixki is the director of football at city.
