  1. So when are we going to get a new CanMNT head coach? What a disaster in the making, with the Copa America and World Cup on the horizon…

  2. Josh/ Alex/ and (career mode) dude with that awful jersey, this is a great educational resource… TFC "fans" (and some supporters, but not all), need to understand this analysis. LOL… Great approach to the education of "making critical decisions"… Love it… Love what you guys are trying to do… You know that. Happy New Year lads…

On the real, regarding TFC, at the very least, I like that we have a guy like Latif Blessing who will be here to help us out in the midfield. I like his speed and conditioning. He's built for MLS. I just don't think he was used effectively, in any capacity, last year. But I disagree with Alex's suggestion that we're gonna have to lean on Osorio… Okay, yeah, Oso has been around. He ain't ever had to leave his front porch he's only ever played in Parkdale (my man, my neighbourhood)… And as long as Oso's been playing in Toronto he knows the true derby here, is a Serbian White Eagles vs Toronto Croatia game, because he came out of that old CSL meltdown… So, the thing with Oso's leadership, after watching every home game at BMO last year, which was painful and without joy, all that losing shit really got to him. And it showed on the pitch. On many, many occasions, I saw Osorio react and express himself directly to teammates on the pitch in ways that showed frustration beyond limit/ beyond boiling point. Understandabe. But if he leads, and if he wants to represent Parkdale, keep it positive always… Always keep it positive, don't be excited. Don't let it show. He has the capacity to dig deeper, to show greater resilience, to play through the pain of disappointment… If OSO is gonna lead, he must lead us out of last year's pain- and I'm not sure what that will look like on the pitch… But it can't be throwing your hands down on the grass, punching grass, looking angry, getting mad at teammates after a missed pass opportunity. I've been watching him. But if he's our guy, he has to let it go… Let it go… And lead the team.

Last year, things got too emotional…

And as for the Italians, I no longer care… They can play for TFC 2… Because when you're on the pitch at BMO Field, if someone wearing red doesn't give a fuck, I don't even want to see them on the bench. They need to go. Leave our sanctuary, please, and take the bad energy, bad acting, and the indifference they've shown to losing elsewhere.
