the problem with Onana is that he is too cavalier with the ball at his feet. He makes these casual passes out to the backs, all the opposing player has to do accelerate in the direction where the ball was passed, and the team would be in trouble, and he doesn't seem to get message.
It's hilarious that people think Arteta has screwed up by bringing in Raya. If he gets injured we still have Ramsdale. United are stuck with Onana and nothing else.

This outfield doesn't deserve a good goalkeeper, and hasn't for a long time. DDG's best seasons weren't the victory runs they should have been, because there was always something lacking.
DDG has also been accused of poor technique and decision making, and couldn't do right a year or two ago.
