  1. Because Dalot isn’t the ref and he doesn’t decide what’s right and wrong. Yes Oliver is crap at calling stuff, but Dalot throws his hands in the air like a child and gets a yellow, he then starts to approach Oliver in a menacing and threatening way and AGAIN throws his hands in the air.

It’s disrespectful to the ref. Yes he made the wrong call, but you can’t tell the ref to F off and your job is to play the game. The ref is in charge and is control of the game, not Dalot. We are humans, we make mistakes. But lacking the composure is what costed Dalot. It is what it is. I don’t see this being over ruled and I hope Michael Oliver never refs a prem game again. He’s terrible. Yes it sounds like I contradicted myself, but both can be right at the same time.

  2. Fun fact, but Darwin actually didn't get a yellow for his foul. He just called the foul. The yellow WAS FOR his dissent. If you have a look at the prem app, they literally specify when someone gets a yellow for a foul and they just say that a player gets a yellow for any other sort of issue. In the app Darwin got his yellow for dissent since it didnt specify as a foul.
