That old fuck don zimmer was charging at Pedro. He just redirected him in self defense and fucked him up in the process. Great showing from Pedro
This is the second YouTube channel that says Pedro has pitched the best season in baseball history, I’m starting to believe it.
I needed this after watching the Sox get outspent 1000:1 by the dodgers this offseason (so far)
Pedros repertoire of pitches was special to watch
One of my favorites players. Almighty Pedro
I don't understand how everyone blames Pedro for the don Zimmer thing, a grown man charged at him. What should have done let him tackle him?
Kenny Lofton has a career .345 BA against Pedro. Gotta stop this injustice and get his name in Cooperstown.
🔥🔥🔥
What is with the inflection on the last word of every SENtence?
As a lifelong diehard Dominican Yankee fan who spent his summers at Yankee Stadium it was amazing to see him pitch
Oh man THANK you. I needed this. I officially stopped rooting for the red Sox yesterday after they proved yet again that they’re a bunch of lying frauds with no interest in winning. I miss the days when the team would spend. If they didn’t back into two World Series by sheer luck in 13 and 18, they wouldn’t have won sh!t since 07 bc that’s exactly when they started caring more about pocketing money than providing talent
Imagine if Pedro could face the little twerps and divas of today? Bro would legit have like an annual sub-1.00 ERA 😂
Zimmer shouldn’t have run at a world class athlete thinking he was going to take him down. #haditcoming
Not bringing Pedro back was one of the first real sh!tbag moves by this ownership… now it’s basically daily that Red Sox ownership lies or makes some absolutely negligent move. 37 years I loved them. Now I hope John Henry sinks on his yacht.
6:35 .. ps: Larry Walker 'is' a HOFer 🙂
stop doing the cadence thing. you sound like a weird translator. could be much better
Pedro was so good people don't even use him as a comparison. Nobody is the next Pedro.
Pedro the 🐐
There will never be another Ohtani, never be another Yamamoto either.
“Small stature at just 5’11” and 170 pounds”
If that’s small then I’m microscopic.
Watch bryan bello Pedro said he reminds him of his younger self so maybe one day
2000 Pedro was insane !! It was a joy to watch the game on TV and enjoying his performance.
Yeah luckily there won't
Pedro had some special fastball movement…that thing never ran straight and never ran the same way twice. He was unfair.
You ever notice this dude finishes every single sentence with an upward inflection? I cant stop hearing it
Never be another Randy Johnson, Sandy Kofax, Tom Seaver, Greg Maddux, Bob Gibson, or Steve Carlton either…..
I love video where water is everywhere and he is on mound asking for baseball.
Pedro's not just one of the best pitchers ever, I absolutely love him as a baseball personality and broadcaster/studio guy.
He pitched the best season ever in 99, then he did it again in 2000
Pedro shows up positive on the survey testing from 2003 and it’s somehow always overlooked. I doubt it was steroids and was more likely he was a speed freak, but still not right to bring up him being clean when discussing his greatness
Put some dramatic music in your videos and your channel will blow up. Trust me I have zero subscribers.
Anybody who watched Pedro at his peak, and leading up to his peak KNEW he was different. I started following him in '97, watched him beat Maddux for the Cy in '97, and jumped for joy when he was traded to the Red Sox for the '98 season. He was the reason the Red Sox experienced a spike in popularity and it is a shame they couldn't win a couple more WS during his reign as the top pitcher in baseball. There was nothing like a Pedro day at Fenway.
Perdo never used steroids, not once, that's a lie
Tell us how against steroids you are without telling us lmfaoo
Probably the best right handed pitcher I’ve ever seen in person. He was dominant.
I mean Jacob degrom in the juiced ball era…had 400innings+ , under a 2.1 era, a 190erA+ and over 500k….. there's been another ace God vs offensive era peaks
Good there shouldn’t be
The next Pedro just signed with the dodgers for 12 yrs 325 million
i remember when he threw old man zimmer to the ground. it was shocking to watch
Man, I sure miss the early to mid 2000s Yankees-Red Sox rivalry. Nothing quite like it!
Barry Bonds was insane on the pirates
Imagine watching prime Pedro in one game, then prime Randy Johnson an hour later. What a time to be alive. Wonder if fans will look back at Kershaw, Scherzer and Verlander the same.
Wonder if the Dodgers and Expos regret trading this kind of Ace pitcher.
Sounds he is back with the Dodgers as Yoshinobu Yamamoto. Same size and throws in the high 90s.
