  1. Gio needs to pay attention to his senior players. Oh and he needs to cut the apron strings to Mommy and Daddy , grow up and fight for his place. Running away constantly just because you don’t get the playing time you think you deserve is no answer. Many careers have been ruined in football from moving clubs to get ones way.

  2. Gio is at one of the best teams you can be at, he should fight for his place. I understand Dourtmound is a young prospects factory, but he should not run from it. At the same time, changing teams does help some players… I am glad Pulisic left Chelsea for example. Chelsea is a cesspool. I rather Gio stays in germany then going to some mid-tier EPL team…

  3. Thanks for the update. Is there a reason why you guys don’t include added time to a player’s cameo? He did technically play 15 minutes and was sent on as an attacking substitute. He also had more impact than one key pass – being able to carve PSGs midfield like that is impressive. Maybe you guys didn’t catch the moment when Terzic exploded at Bensebaini for a missed pass from Gio’s flick? The locker room dynamics at this team are a lot more complicated than two players, more nuanced reporting from everyone would be appreciated 🙂

  4. These two have an unhealthy obsession with Gio Reyna… It is time for the Wonder Twins to lean that there are other players in the world they can watch and admire

  5. WIth all the "potential" he has I have not seen a dominating complete performance from him since his days playing under 17 games. He needs new home.

  6. I don’t understand how a player who saved their butts in many late game cameos last year, single-handedly gifting them an extra point or two points multiple times, does not see the field more. They had a shot at the Bundesliga on the last day because of his heroics in multiple games leading up to the end.

  7. This is just a bunch of Americans supporting an overrated, young, arrogant Reyna. His attitude is poor, and he is more concerned about showing off. If Reyna can't play in Dortmund, he will not play anywhere else!! He is lazy!!

  8. Gio will never unlock his full potential. His attitude sucks. Very disappointing. But then you see how his parents behave….they aren’t good role models for him either. Explain why he is so fickle.

  9. I think Italy would be suitable for Gio. If he wants to grow elsewhere. Would be crazy If he decided to go to AS Roma. Just to spice up the Jose Mourinho to USMNT manager rumors.
